Founders

Dr. Dwight Young and his wife Stephanie have been partners in ministry for over 20 years. They have five great kids, Kaitlin, Kelsie, Josiah, Jesse, and Charlie, ranging from 16 years of age to 8.

Dwight received his BA in Preaching from Johnson Bible College, his Mdiv in Education from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Ky, and his Doctorate of Ministry in Practical Ministries from Emmanuel School of Religion.

Stephanie received her BA in preaching from Johnson Bible College, her MA in Guidance Counseling from the University of TN and is a Licensed adolescent and family counselor in the state of Ohio.

The dream of BLOC began almost 10 years ago with Penny and Jody, William and Mary Ruth and many others with vision. BLOC has been a gift of God and has been in existence almost 8 years now. It continues to be a wonderful adventure.
